Bender Solutions GmbH & Co. KG has been part of Bender GmbH & Co. KG since 01.01.2023. This step is intended to simplify structures, improve synergies within the company and put the service business on a new footing.
Bender Solutions GmbH & Co. KG was previously an independent company and handled, among other things, the project business and control cabinet construction for the hospital sector. At last count, Bender Solutions had 88 employees. With the integration into Bender GmbH & Co. KG, purchasing, logistics, quotation preparation, sales and export will be merged. In addition, work processes are aligned and optimised. In the future, the areas of project business, services and customer service are to be expanded.
Monika Schuster, member of the management board at Bender: “The aim of the integration is, on the one hand, to present ourselves to our customers and business partners as a single company in all areas. On the other hand, important potentials and synergies are to be identified through the integration in order to achieve improvements, such as in process flows.”
