Bender has completed the sale of its production facility in Siersleben, Germany, with effect from 1st of August 2024. The facility has been an integral part of Bender for over 30 years, and the decision to make the sale was not an easy one. However, Bender will in future focus on ef its other manufacturing facilities at the headquarters in Grünberg, Hessen and in Dresden.

The new buyer of the Siersleben site is EMS Siersleben GmbH, a newly founded company specialising in production, who in addition, will also manufacture other products there, that will make better use of the facilities. EMS Siersleben GmbH will become a preferred supplier for Bender.

Both companies aim for a collaborative relationship in the future, and Bender wish the new owners every success in their new venture.
